#PRICE DROP# CHEVROLET ASTRO 2002 4x4 Sleeper Van - Available in Santiago $3500

After a year of travelling all through the continent, it's time to sell my beloved home. This car has been a fantastic companion for this journey. Big with lots of space, but small enough to fit through any street. Tough enough to tackle the harshest conditions and the roughest roads. And a very comfortable bed, which I chose over a hostel bed every time. Never had any problems with the motor, she's as reliable and hardy as they come.

PRICE: $3500 USD

SOLD For sale in Peru: 4x4 VAN Mitsubishi Delica L300

You want a VAN? Or better a 4x4? Why not have it both? The Mitsubishi Delica L300 is the answer!

I am selling my peruvian plated Delica. Be aware it is not easy to find a 4x4 van in south america. But parts are no problem as the 4x2 version is quite popular here.

Even though it might not look like it, those 4x4 L300 are very capable offroad cars. Go and check out youtube! The diesel engine runs smoothly and delivers enough pull for many situations. Ready to take off with all paperwork and recent servicing done!

Selling Diesel Mitsubishi Delica 4x4 Turbo 1998 in Lima

We are very sad to be selling our beloved Mitsubishi Delica. This is really the ultimate vehicle for traveling South America... totally stealth on the outside, comfortable on the inside, with roof racks and Turbo 4x4! It can go pretty much anywhere.

We have only been traveling in it for 5 months - it's taken us through Peru, Northern Chile and Ecuador and we've never had any major problems and done a lot of preventative maintenance and changed a lot of parts because we wanted the van in good condition for our travels.

Buying car and driving from LA to Lima as foreigner?

Hi, I have done a bit of research but have not found any concrete evidence of whether buying a car as an Australian/foreigner was worth the time and effort/uncertainty of buying and then selling a car for this trip. I am open to buying from other travellers  and from mexico but I have read that this is much harder.

Has anyone done this and would like to advise on the best way to go about this?

Thanks for your help :)
