Looking for travelers to join our Catamaran trip from Panama to Colombia - departure next week

Hello travelers !!!

We are a french/swiss couple traveling from Canada to Ushuaia. We need to cross the Darian Gap and as far as the boat trip offered by companies are expensive (around 550 USD) we decided to organize something out by ourselves.

So we met Peter, a swiss guy of about 60 years old sailing on his beautiful catamaran of 42 ft. The boat is in very good condition and has 4 cabins of 2 people each. Peter is sailing for 50 years. We had a very good feeling with him and he is ready to do the trip as long as we find 4 other people.

The trip would start in Panama (Portobelo port) on Tuesday 31st of May 2016 or Wednesday 1st of June 2016.
We will spend a few days in the San Blas (2 to 3 days) and then go to Cartagena (2 days).

The price of the whole trip is of 350 USD. It includes the San Blas access but not the food, neither alcool. Please take in mind that we could eat fish everyday for free cause we have fishing rods.
Also, to facilitate our life on board, we are thinking about setting up a menu. The idea would be to make a list of the foods and drinks we need (fruits, veggies, meat, pasta, rice, water, etc.), go to the supermarket before the departure to buy everything and then to split the costs to everyone. We believe 30 USD per person is enough but we can still work on this.

Please beer in mind that the departure date and price are fixed.
