Wanted camper /van March 2015 in /around Puerto Montt,Chile

Changing ride from a sailboat to a camper, we are looking for a camper/van with foreign tag as it is almost impossible with the new law ( 01/01/15) to obtain a RUT # on short notice ( 3 months) to purchase a chileno vehicule.
